Fun day

At the last minute, I decided to go to the Cardinals game with dh, dd#2 and her bf. We had a great time. We tailgated and had bbq'd burgers and beer. There are so many people who tailgait and we had a ball. To top it off, the Cardinals won! We are now 6-6 with a wildcard chance at the playoffs. That is a stretch, but we are playing much better this year and we have a lot of key players injured.
DS was in his first dirtbike race today. He placed 8 out of 15 in his division. He was so nervous, and said it was really hard but alot of fun. The race was 100 miles long and he finished in 2 hours and 17 minutes. He is having a ball on his bike.
While we were at the game, dd#1 texted me and invited us to their home for dinner. She made Beef Stroganoff, salad and green beans. The dinner was delish! I am so proud of her. She is such a wonderful woman and a great mom.
Cujo seems to be doing fine. We dropped his prednisone from 2 pills to one a day. Hopefully this was the treatment that he needed. He was so funny the other day. It was raining out, something that doesn't happen here very often. Anyway, he ran out the doggy door and when he hit the sidewalk he just stopped. His feet were wet, and there was water coming from the sky. He just stood there for a minute, looked up, tilted his head like a question and ran back inside.Unfortunaltely, he decided to pee in the kitchen instead of in the rain. That didn't go over well, so he was kicked out to the yard until he did his business. Today it was sunny and dry again, so he is a happy camper.
